The Aditiser team has been a long-term partner with cross-border eCommerce platform iHerb, LLC. During all these years Aditiser could grow simultaneously with iHerb businesses around the world. Today we can confidently claim that we are managing one of (if not) the most complex and at the same time the largest multi-platform marketing campaigns in the entire world!

In 2006, our team at Aditiser was referred to US-based platform iHerb LLC through a colleague. We spoke with the company and found out some immediate issues that we knew that we could solve on their behalf. When we first spoke to their team, we had an immediately positive feeling. Initially, the task was simple – the company had issues running their Google AdWords account. Results were not as expected or hoped, and they wished for us to see what we could to boost performance and improve the structure.

As a growing retailer online in nutritional supplementary and wellness products, we knew of their reputation. However, we believed that we could work together and form a harmonious, long-term relationship.However, when we first spoke, we realised we could do much to help this massive brand grow even bigger!

Selling such important products comes with a desire to get it right, and selling to over 180 nations worldwide whilst operating solely from the United States of America was a logistical challenge. Having been in business since 1996, though, making massive changes to their operation was going to be a challenge.

We have worked with iHerb to try and improve the efficiency of their paid for marketing campaigns on search engines such as Bing and Google AdWords. Reviewing their PPC campaigns on a regular basis, we have played a key role in making their content more effective, their keyword usage more precise, and their visibility among the key demographics they wish to target. Indeed, we’ve even helped the company to enjoy a year-on-year sales growth as high as 40% since we first enjoyed co-operation together. Each year, we do something to help keep their business fresh, growing, and innovative.

Speaking with the team at iHerb over the years, we have formed a rapport that allows us to instinctively ‘get’ the need for change and profession.

From a single AdWords account when we first worked together, today we manage over 183 different accounts for the company. Indeed, we have helped the company to enjoy massive changes to their marketing through platforms including search engines like Google and Bing, social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and other key marketing assets which play a huge role in business management today.

Today, we are proud to say that our interactions with the company have helped us take their sales further than ever. Since our first interaction together, we have helped to improve sales through iHerb by a hundredfold.

Alongside our PPC management, we work with iHerb on a quarterly basis that allows us to keep providing consultancy, expertise, and change when needed. Not only has our input helped iHerb to continue to enjoy year-on-year growth in our many years of operation together, but we have modernised their approach to marketing to help deliver an even higher return on investment than they would have enjoyed beforehand.
