1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Aditiser Marketing Limited (“Aditiser”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on aditiser.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, and tags loaded through tag management tools.
3. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary required for security, load balancing, and basic operation (including remembering cookie consent choices). These generally do not require consent in the EU where exempt.
- Analytics / performance help us understand how visitors use the Website (e.g. page views, traffic sources). Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode before you accept; full analytics cookies are set only after Accept.
- Marketing / measurement may support campaign attribution, B2B outreach measurement, or advertising pixels (e.g. LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads). Google Ads runs in cookieless mode before you accept; Apollo, LinkedIn, and similar non-Google tags load only after Accept.
4. Google Tag Manager (GTM)
We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags and scripts on the Website. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 (Advanced) so Google tags can run in a privacy-safe, cookieless state before you make a choice, and upgrade to full tracking only if you click Accept.
GTM, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads load on every visit. If you have not accepted cookies, or you choose Necessary only, these Google services run in a restricted mode without non-essential cookies. If you click Accept, they upgrade to full measurement and advertising storage where permitted.
Other third-party tags in GTM (such as Apollo or LinkedIn) load only after you click Accept.
5. Apollo
Where integrated, Apollo (Apollo.io) may use cookies or similar technologies to measure engagement with outreach, attribute visits, or support B2B analytics. Apollo may also process data without cookies when enrichment or server-side integrations are used. See our Privacy Policy for more on Apollo processing.
6. Consent (EU / UK / EEA, US, Australia, Canada)
Accept enables full Google measurement (GA4, Google Ads) and loads additional third-party tools (such as Apollo and LinkedIn) via our tag manager. Necessary only (or ignoring the banner) keeps only Google services in a limited cookieless mode; Apollo, LinkedIn, and other non-Google marketing tags do not load.
European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom: non-essential cookies require your consent before they are placed (opt-in). Google Consent Mode v2 allows GA4 and Google Ads to send privacy-safe, cookieless signals before you accept; full cookies are set only after Accept.
United States: where state privacy laws apply (for example California CPRA), you may opt out of non-essential cookies by choosing Necessary only. We do not sell personal information for money; see our Privacy Policy.
Australia and Canada: we obtain meaningful consent before analytics and measurement tools run, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), PIPEDA, and Quebec Law 25 where applicable.
We store your choice in your browser to remember it on future visits. Essential storage (including remembering this choice) may still be used where permitted by law.
7. Managing your choice
On your first visit you can:
- Accept: full Google tracking (GTM, GA4, Google Ads) plus third-party tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, and any optional marketing technologies we enable later);
- Necessary only (or no choice): GTM, GA4, and Google Ads in cookieless mode only; Apollo, LinkedIn, and other non-Google tags are blocked.
8. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect Website functionality. Refer to your browser’s help pages for instructions.
9. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or change technologies. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
